I start at four in the morning, so my afternoons are the offer

- Looking for
- structure from somebody whose hours are also the wrong way round
- Experience
- Two years, no dynamics, a great deal of reading in a back shop.
- Around
- the south side, Glasgow
I start at four in the morning and I am asleep by half nine at night. That is not a phase, it is a bakery, and it has quietly finished two things before they began because everybody wants to meet at eight in the evening.
Twenty six, submissive, south side, two years in, and most of what I know came out of reading between batches.
The part nobody thinks about is that I finish at midday. My afternoons are completely free while the rest of the city is at work, and I am wide awake at an hour when everyone else is at their worst. If your hours are also strange, or you work for yourself, or you are retired, we already have more overlap than most people on this board.
What I want is structure and somebody who checks. Rules I keep through the week, a standard I am measured against, and consequences that are real rather than a joke we both stop taking seriously by the third week.
Not looking for anything that has to happen at night. Not looking for somebody who treats my hours as a problem to be solved. Not looking to move fast, because I have four years of an apprenticeship in front of me and nowhere else to be.
