Apprentice, and the discretion is self preservation rather than shame

I am an apprentice on a site with fourteen men who would take me apart for sport if any of this ever got out. That is not me being dramatic. I watched what happened to a lad who was seen holding hands with somebody, and it went on for eight months.
Twenty three, submissive, east end, one year of knowing and no experience whatsoever. The discretion I am asking for is not shame. I am not ashamed of it. It is that I have three and a half years left to serve and I would like to get through them.
What I want is a dominant woman who is patient with somebody new and completely serious about privacy. Nothing local, nothing that overlaps with anybody's work, no photographs going anywhere at all. Past that I am keen, I do as I am told, and I learn quickly when somebody explains rather than assumes.
No money and no car. I can get anywhere in the city and I am free most evenings after half six.
Not looking to meet within the next fortnight, since I would like to talk first. Not looking for somebody who thinks twenty three means I do not know my own mind. Not looking for anything that would end up being discussed anywhere near here.
