First flat of my own at forty four, and I intend to use it

In March I got the keys to a flat that is mine, on my own, for the first time in my adult life. Eleven years of flatshares and two of living with my sister, and now there is a door I can shut with nobody behind it. I would very much like to use it.
Forty four, submissive, east end, fifteen years in, most of that conducted in other people's houses at other people's convenience.
That single change has altered what I am looking for. I can host. I can be loud, within reason, being top floor with one neighbour who is deaf and cheerful about it. I no longer have to plan around a flatmate's shifts, which used to take more effort than the arrangement itself.
What I want is a dominant who wants something regular and domestic. Weeknights, a real structure, and a decent amount of ordinary time in each other's company rather than an evening staged every few weeks.
Not looking for anybody who wants to move in, and I say that seriously, because two people have asked within a month of meeting me. Not looking to give up the space I waited fifteen years for. Not looking for a person whose interest turns out to be mostly in having somewhere to go.
