I teach yoga, so please do not talk to me about energy

I teach movement for a living, which means roughly one message in three arrives with a theory about my energy, my chakras, or what my body is holding. I have heard all of them. I do not need my own trade explained back to me at length by somebody who did a weekend course.
Thirty six, the Westside, switch, ten years in. What I actually want is somebody extremely plain spoken. A person who says what they want in ordinary words and can hear the same back without treating it as a spiritual event. I have found that the least mystical people in this are usually the most careful ones, which surprised me at first and no longer does.
I go both ways, and I lean toward leading with people who are new and following with people who are not, which I noticed about two years ago and now find slightly embarrassing.
Practically: my mornings are gone, I finish in the early afternoon most days, and my weekends are the busiest part of my week. So I am another one of the people on this board asking for a Tuesday.
If you are about to write and tell me that everything is energy, I am sure you mean well and I will not reply. If you want a direct conversation about what we each want, in words my mother would understand, I would like that very much.
