Madrid, and I have stopped investing in people who leave in June

In the last four years I have started something with three people who told me they were staying and who were gone within eleven months. One of them left without saying, which I minded more than I expected. I am not writing this to be bitter about it. I am writing it because I have decided to be honest about the filter I now apply.
Thirty nine, born here, dominant sixteen years. This city takes in an enormous number of people who are trying it for a year, and I like most of them, and I have simply run out of appetite for building something with somebody whose flat is a sublet.
So: I am looking for a submissive who lives here in the boring sense. Family here, or work that is not temporary, or eight years of history and no plans. If that describes you, the rest of this is easy, because what I want is ordinary. A long dynamic. Two or three evenings a week. Structure that gets more detailed over years rather than being fully specified in month one.
I lead in a domestic and undramatic way. Not much impact, a great deal of expectation.
I would rather you were over thirty. I would rather you had done this before, though I will make an exception for somebody who is honest about being new and not in a rush. And I would rather you did not open by telling me you have always wanted to try living in Spain.
