My shifts appear on a Thursday, so plan nothing further ahead

My shifts for the following week get published on a Thursday. Sometimes Friday. Once, memorably, on a Sunday night for a Monday morning. Planning more than nine days ahead is not something I can do, and it has cost me two relationships.
Thirty three, switch, in the east, seven years in, working in hospitality in a job I actually like. I need somebody who can be spontaneous without being unreliable, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. If I write on a Thursday to say I am free on Tuesday, that has to be a real possibility rather than something you look at with a diary and a sigh.
In return I am free at hours nobody else is. Weekday mornings. Entire Mondays. The middle of an afternoon, when the city belongs to people who are not at a desk.
I switch, and in practice I lead slightly more than I follow. I want one person rather than an evening here and there, and I want it steady even while the days move around.
Not looking for somebody whose week is booked a month in advance, because it would be miserable for both of us. Not looking for anybody who reads short notice as disrespect.
