The house is quiet for the first time in twenty years

- Looking for
- somebody to take charge of a stretch of the week that is currently empty
- Experience
- None in practice. Twenty years of knowing and never any time.
- Around
- Solihull, Birmingham
My children have grown up and left, both of them within eight months of each other, and the house went from loud to silent in a way that nobody warns you about. I have had twenty years in which every hour was spoken for, and now I have Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and no idea at all what they are for.
Fifty two, Solihull, divorced a long time ago, part time work that I like well enough.
This part of me is not new. I have known since my twenties, and there was never a period when acting on it was either possible or sensible. Now there is, and I find I am shy about it in a way I was not expecting to be at fifty two.
What I would like is a dominant who wants something regular and domestic rather than occasional and dramatic. Somebody to answer to, expectations that hold during the week and not only when we are in the same room, and to be corrected when I let things slide, which I will, because I always do.
I am not lonely and I am not looking for a husband, which I mention because the two men who have written to me so far each assumed one or the other. I am interested in this specifically. Not looking to be somebody's introduction to older women. And not looking for anything that would ever require explaining to my children.
