Nine houses on my street and eight have a camera pointed at mine

I live on a suburban cul de sac where the residents have a group chat about a coyote. Somebody parked in front of my house for two hours in April and it was discussed for a week. Nothing will ever happen inside my house, and after twelve years I have stopped floating the idea to people as though it might.
Forty five, north side, switch, twelve years. Married once, divorced, kept the house because the schools were the reason we bought it in the first place. So the practical requirement is unavoidable: you need to be able to host, or we need to work out something else entirely, and I would rather lead with it than have the conversation in week four when it becomes awkward.
What I want is a long, even switch dynamic with one person. I have done both sides for years and I genuinely enjoy them differently rather than equally. I like protocol, I like a lot of talking about what happened afterwards, and I have never been interested in anything heavy.
My availability is good. Evenings mostly, some weekend days, and I will drive a reasonable distance because I have already accepted that I have to.
Not looking for anybody who suggests we could be quiet, because it is not about noise. Not looking for a hotel arrangement, which two people have proposed and which turns the whole thing into an event. Not looking for someone who will find the suburb funny for longer than one message.
