I work four long days and my Fridays are completely empty

Looking for
somebody else with a weekday free, which is the whole ask

Six years, two dynamics, one still a friend.

Four ten hour days, Monday to Thursday, and then a Friday that belongs entirely to me while the rest of this metro is at a desk. I have had this schedule for three years and I would take it over a pay rise.

Thirty six, east side, switch, six years. I lead about half the time and I have no strong preference, which I know is unusual and which I have stopped explaining as though it needs a reason.

The problem is that a free Friday is only useful if somebody else has one. I have spent three years being available at the exact times nobody else is, and going back to competing for the same crowded Saturday evening as everybody else feels like a waste of the one advantage I have.

So: shift workers, teachers on a break, freelancers, anybody on a compressed week, anybody retired, anybody whose Friday is soft. If that is you, I can offer a whole day, every week, reliably, which is more than most people on this board can offer in a month.

What I want is something ongoing and unhurried. Long afternoons rather than tight evenings. Protocol, structure, a fair amount of talking, and both directions available. I can host. I live alone in a small house with a large dog. Not looking for anybody who can only do Saturday nights. Not looking for something that has to be arranged fresh each time. Not looking for intensity, particularly.
