Fully remote for six years and it has quietly dismantled my whole structure

Nobody warns you that working from a spare bedroom for six years will slowly remove every fixed point from your week. No commute, no colleagues in a room, nothing that says the day has started or finished. I have gained two hours a day and lost the ability to use any of them.
Forty four, out in the mid-cities, submissive, eleven years in. My last arrangement ran seven years and ended amicably when she remarried, and the thing I miss is not the intensity. It is that somebody knew what my Tuesday contained.
So what I am asking for is a service dynamic with a daily shape. Something I do first thing. Something I report at a fixed hour. Standards about the house, about food, about when I am supposed to have stopped working, because left alone I will still be answering messages at ten at night for no reason at all.
I am useful. I keep records, I run errands without being reminded, I am good with anything administrative and genuinely enjoy the tedious parts. That is not false modesty, it is a description of what I am for. Discretion matters but not enormously. My work is remote, my family is two states away, and the only people who would find out are neighbours I have never spoken to.
Not looking for anything sexual as the centre of it, although I am not ruling it out entirely. Not looking for a dominant who wants to be worshipped rather than served. Not looking for someone who will set rules and then never check them, which is what happened the last two times I tried.
