Two jobs and a dog, so a Tuesday and a Sunday morning

Looking for
one person who plans in advance and does not need me to improvise
Experience
Five years, both sides, nothing that lasted beyond eight months.
Around
the south side, Glasgow
Two jobs, a dog and a flat I share. What I have to offer is a Tuesday evening and a Sunday morning, and I have stopped pretending there might be more of it.
Thirty four, switch, south side, five years in. Days in an office, three evenings a week behind a bar, and the dog is not negotiable and comes with me most places.
Inside that time I want something proper. I lead about half the time and I like a plan, largely because I have no capacity left for working out what we are doing once I arrive. Tell me in advance and I will be excellent at it. Ask me to improvise and you will get a tired person being agreeable, which is no use to either of us.
I cannot host, between the flatmate, the dog and walls that are made of paper.
Not looking for anybody who wants daily messages, because by nine at night I am asleep on a sofa. Not looking for a person who will keep suggesting Fridays. Not looking to be told I should drop one of the jobs, which two people have said and which suggests neither of them has looked at what a flat costs.
