Everything I have ever done in this happened in another city

For ten years I have kept this in a suitcase. Three or four weekends a year, always somewhere else, always with people who did not know anybody I know. It has worked well and it also means my entire experience is compressed into about thirty days spread across a decade.
Thirty four, switch, east of the city. What I have never done is any of this at home, on a Tuesday, with somebody who might write to me while I am at work. That is now the thing I want and I am aware it is a bigger step than it sounds.
The suitcase version taught me technique and taught me nothing at all about continuity. I can negotiate an evening with a stranger competently. I have no idea how two people keep something alive across a month in which both are tired and busy.
So I want a local dynamic, ongoing, with somebody patient about the fact that I will be oddly experienced in some ways and useless in others. I lead slightly more than I follow. The reason it stayed in a suitcase is not shame. It was easier, and easy things become habits, and ten years went past.
Not looking for a travel partner. Not looking for someone who only does this at things, which is exactly where I have been. Not looking for anyone in another city, which would be the same suitcase with a new label on it.
