Most service posts are about houses. Mine is not. What I am good at is the administrative side of somebody's life: correspondence, appointments, filing, forms, the tax return that has been sat there since April, and driving you wherever you need to be without complaint or conversation.
Forty three, Wirral, submissive man, fifteen years in. Both of my previous arrangements were like this. One was four years with a woman who ran a business and had no patience for paperwork, and it was the most satisfying thing I have ever done.
What I am not offering is cleaning. I am poor at it, I dislike it, and every time I have agreed to it out of eagerness I have done it badly and resented it. Better to say so now.
What I want in return is structure and a standard I am held to. Deadlines, reviews, correction when something is late. I respond to being expected to rather than being asked, and I am at my worst with somebody who is casual about their own arrangements. There is no money in this in either direction. I am not for hire and I am not looking to hire anybody, and if that needs saying more plainly I am happy to say it again.
Not looking for anything sexual, which may or may not be a disappointment. Not looking to live with anyone. Not looking for somebody who would rather have a housekeeper, because that is a different post and a different man.
