Service, and the service I am actually good at is dinner

I cook. That is the thing I do well and it is what I want to offer, and in this city saying so out loud is either completely unremarkable or faintly absurd depending on who is reading it.
Forty two, submissive, central, nine years in. Two service arrangements, one of five years, in which I cooked three evenings a week, kept the books of a small business she ran, and did the hundred dull errands that eat a busy person's Saturday. It ended when she moved for work and I have found nothing comparable since.
What I want is the same again. A defined service arrangement, standing duties, a standard I am held to, and a review every few months. The point for me is not the tasks. It is being useful to somebody who notices, and being corrected properly when the work is not good enough.
There does not have to be a sexual element and there does not have to be pain. Neither is a limit exactly, and neither is what I am here for. If somebody wants a household to run better and wants to be the person deciding how, we should talk. I am free most evenings, I can cross the city easily, and I can be anywhere at an hour's notice.
Not looking for anyone who wants a cook and not a dynamic, because the authority is the entire point and I have been treated as staff once and did not care for it. Not looking for anything that requires me to move. Not looking for a dominant who will find all of this quaint.
