Madrid, and I am not free before ten at night

I am out of the office at two and back in it at four, and I finish at eight. Nobody who lives here needs that explained. What it means on this board is that every message proposing a drink at seven is one I have to answer with a no, and after six years I have stopped being apologetic about it.
Thirty eight, Madrid, submissive. My last dynamic ran four years and it worked entirely because he also finished late and thought half past ten was a civilised hour to begin an evening. It ended when he moved for a job. Since then I have had four promising conversations die the moment we tried to put a day in a diary.
What I want is regular rather than frequent. One evening a week that does not move, rules in between that survive a bad Tuesday, and someone who checks whether I have eaten before eleven at night, which very often I have not. I am considerably better at obedience than I am at looking after myself.
I can cross the city and I do not mind doing it. I cannot host: my mother lives with me and that is not changing. Not looking for anyone who reads a late timetable as a lack of commitment. Not looking to be messaged continuously while I am at a desk. And not looking for a dominant who will explain to me in month two that we could make Fridays work if I really wanted to. I have tried. Friday is the worst night of my week.
