Madrid, submissive, and I need the rules said out loud

I am autistic. What that means for this, specifically, is that I do not reliably read implication. If you want something, I need you to say it in words. If I have done something wrong, I need to be told what, in a sentence, rather than have the temperature of the room change and be expected to work it out.
Twenty six, Madrid, submissive, three years. My one real dynamic lasted a year and ended because he thought he had made something obvious four separate times and I had not received any of them. He was not a bad person. We simply had incompatible ideas about how information travels.
The upside, and there is a real one, is that I am exceptionally good at rules. Give me an explicit standard and I will hold it precisely, indefinitely, without drifting, and I will report on it accurately including the parts that make me look bad. People who like protocol tend to like working with me.
Things that do not work: being asked what I want in an open question with no shape to it, surprises presented as gifts, and any scene whose structure is deliberately withheld to create uncertainty.
Things that do: written agreements, checklists, predictable rhythms, and being told exactly what happens next. I am free most evenings, I do not go out late because noise costs me, and I would want a first meeting somewhere quiet and short with a clear end time. I am not looking to be managed. I am looking to be instructed, which is a completely different thing.
