A student city, and every year the people I like graduate

I have had four dynamics in four years and all four ended in June, when the other person finished a degree and went back to wherever they were from. I am no longer a student. I have not been for six years. I am simply living in a city where a large part of the population is on a three or four year timer and nobody tells you that when you rent a flat here.
Thirty three, Madrid, submissive, four years in. I work for the regional administration, I have a flat I like and a life I am not going to move, and I have started reading posts with an eye for the words this year and for now, which is a horrible way to read anything.
What I want is unspectacular. One person. Weekly, then more often. Structure, rules, correction, someone who knows my schedule and holds me to things. Nothing that would be interesting to describe to anybody else.
I am specifically hoping to hear from people who are also permanently here: people who work in the hospitals, the administration, the trades, anybody whose life is not measured in academic years. There are thousands of us and we are strangely hard to find on a board like this.
I am not bitter about the four. Every one of them was honest with me and I chose not to hear it. This time I am reading properly. If you are here for two more years and you say so, I will believe you, and I will still probably say no, and it is nothing personal.
