Madrid, submissive, and my building is full of strangers

Four of the eight flats in my building are short lets now. Different people every week, wheeling cases up the stairs at two in the morning, and a stairwell that has stopped being anywhere I recognise. That has made my own home feel like a hotel corridor, and it has made bringing anyone here impossible in a way I cannot really explain to somebody who has not lived it.
Thirty three, Madrid, submissive, five years. Two dynamics, both of which foundered on logistics rather than on anything either of us wanted. I have concluded that I am the problem to solve rather than the person solving it, so I am putting my constraints in the advertisement instead of hiding them.
I need somebody who can host. That is the practical requirement and I am aware it narrows this considerably. What I want otherwise is quite simple. Regular structure, tasks with deadlines, being answerable to somebody about how I spend the parts of my week nobody else is watching. I work in an office where I have a great deal of autonomy and I use it badly.
I am free most evenings from nine, and Sundays entirely. I am tidy, I am punctual, and I am much funnier in person than this post suggests, which is a low bar.
Not looking for someone who wants to meet at a big event as a first step. Not looking for anything intense at the start. Not looking to explain the housing situation in this city for the ninth time this year.
