- Experience
- Two years, both sides, mostly with one other beginner.
- Around
- Coral Gables, Miami
I am in a graduate program, I work two jobs that fit around it, and I have almost no money. That is going to shape everything about how we would see each other, so it goes first. Every plan I propose is going to be a walk, a beach at six in the morning, or somebody's kitchen.
Twenty five, Coral Gables, switch, two years in.
Most of what I know I learned with one other person who was also learning, which was lovely and also meant that both of us were guessing. I would like, this time, to be with somebody who actually knows what they are doing, and I am aware that puts an obligation on me to be honest about how new I still am.
I switch, and I have done both, and I am still working out which parts of each I actually want as opposed to which parts I enjoyed because it was her.
What I do not want is to be anybody's dependent. If you want a person who is grateful for the treats, that is a whole arrangement people do have and it is not one I am looking for. I am simply saying, plainly, that a series of expensive evenings is not something I can match and I will not pretend otherwise for three weeks and then bow out.
Time is the one thing I have. My schedule is chaotic but it has enormous gaps in it.
