I start work at four in the morning, so evenings are impossible

I am up at half past three and at work by four. By eight in the evening I am no use to anybody, and by nine I am asleep with my shoes still on. Two things have ended because of that, and both times the other person genuinely tried, and both times it was the alarm that won.
Twenty eight, South Beach, submissive, three years in. Kitchen prep, six days a week, and no I am not changing careers.
What I have instead of evenings is the middle of the day. I finish at one in the afternoon and I have five or six good hours before I start fading. That is a strange window and it rules out anybody with an office job, which I have come to accept rather than fight.
So this is aimed at people who work nights, work from home, work for themselves, are retired, or are simply free on a Tuesday afternoon while the rest of the city is at a desk.
What I want is structure more than anything else. Rules I keep through a long shift. Somebody who expects a report and reads it. Being told, plainly, rather than asked.
I do not want to hear that I should be able to stay up once in a while for the right person. I have tried it. I was terrible company and I nearly cut my hand off the next morning.
