Half this board is an argument about who travels. I have read forty posts in the last month and thirty of them contain a paragraph about zones. So here is mine, and it is short: I have a car, I like driving, and I will come to you.
Forty six, out in Barra, dominant, eleven years. All three of my dynamics were with people in completely different parts of the city and I did most of the moving in all three, and none of them ended over it.
I am not being noble. I genuinely do not mind. I listen to things in the car, I plan in the car, and an hour of that is not a cost to me in the way it obviously is to other people. If your reason for not being able to travel is money, or hours, or a building you cannot leave late, that is not a defect and it is not something you need to negotiate around with me.
What I want is a long structured arrangement. Regular evenings, standing rules between them, service and protocol and real obedience over time. I am not a heavy player. I am extremely consistent.
Not looking for anybody who wants me there five nights a week, because the driving does have a limit and that is it. Not looking for a person who reads the willingness to travel as eagerness. Not looking to be anybody's transport.
