I have worked nights for nineteen years and I am not changing careers at forty five. What that means is that the hours everybody else uses for this are the hours I am at work, and the hours I have free are the ones nobody offers.
Forty five, near the centre, dominant. My day starts at about one in the afternoon and my week has three full days off in the middle of it. That is an enormous amount of time and it is completely useless to anyone with an office job.
So I am writing to a specific person. Somebody who works shifts, or from home with flexibility, or freelance, or studies, or is retired, or has any arrangement at all that puts a Tuesday afternoon in their hands. If that is you, I can offer more time and attention than almost anybody on this board.
Three dynamics, all daytime, the longest six years. There is something about doing all of this in the middle of the afternoon that people find strange for about a month and then prefer. What I want is structured and ongoing. Service, protocol, real obedience, standing rules across the week. I am not interested in anything occasional.
Not looking for anybody who is going to try to make an evening work. Two people have said they would adjust their sleep. Neither did. Not looking for a person who needs contact in the middle of the night, because I am at work and my phone is not in my hand.
