Everybody on this board sounds severe and I am not like that

I read this board for a fortnight before writing anything and what struck me was the tone. Everybody is exacting. Everybody has standards and limits and a paragraph about what they will not tolerate. Very few people sound like they enjoy anybody's company.
Fifty one, north zone, dominant, twenty two years. I am strict about the things I am strict about and I am warm about everything else, and I have never understood why those two are supposed to be in tension.
What that looks like in practice: real structure, rules that are actually enforced, and also a great deal of laughing, cooking, sitting around, and physical affection that has nothing to do with anything. The people I have had long arrangements with would all tell you the same thing, which is that the discipline was serious and the atmosphere was not cold.
Three dynamics of eight, five and four years. All ended for ordinary life reasons and I am still close to two of them. I live in the north zone in a flat that is always full of people. I can host, though the household is sociable and that is not for everybody. What I want is a long arrangement with somebody who wants to be looked after as much as they want to be directed.
Not looking for anybody who needs the whole thing to be austere in order for it to count. Not looking for a person who wants a service arrangement with no relationship in it. Not looking for anything episodic.
