I am going to be rude, because the polite version of this post gets me forty messages and one usable one.
Do not write to me if your entire message is the word hello. Do not write if you have not read past the first line. Do not ask for a photograph before you have told me a single thing about yourself, and do not tell me what you think I look like, because you are wrong and it is tedious.
Right. Berlin, thirty three, I work in a job with a great many meetings and I am extremely tired of managing people who need managing. I do not want to lead somebody who requires constant encouragement to do a simple thing. What I like: obedience that is quiet. Long tasks. Rope, which I am good at. Impact, which I enjoy more than I am supposed to admit. Denial, structure, and someone who reports honestly rather than telling me what I want to hear.
What I do not do: anything financial in any direction, anything at my flat before I have known you for months, anything where you have decided the script in advance and want me to perform it. If your message contains the words yes Mistress before I have said a word to you, I have already stopped reading.
I am blunt, not cruel. Ask me a direct question and you get a direct answer, including when the answer is no. That is the deal and I think it is a fair one.
