We are looking for a rope partner and not for a lover, and we have learned to put that in the first line because otherwise the first four replies want to negotiate it.
Both of us tie. Both of us get tied. We are in our thirties, together nine years, living in the east of the city with a decent beam and a very tolerant neighbour below. Rope is the thing we take seriously. We practise, we film ourselves for review and then delete it, we argue about tension. What we want is a third person to practise with regularly, because two people is a closed loop and we have stopped learning.
To be plain: no sex, no play framed as sexual, and no couples looking for a third who will pretend rope is the excuse. That is not a judgement of anybody, it is simply not what this post is.
You can be new. New is honestly better than somebody with habits we would spend a year unlearning. What you do need is to be reliable about turning up, honest about nerve trouble and anything in your medical history that matters, and able to say stop without a speech around it.
We would meet for coffee first, both of us there, and we would want you to meet both of us properly before anything else. One of us is quieter in messages and that is how she is rather than a lack of interest.
