New to all of this, and I have approached it like a work project

I have a document. It is four pages long, it has headings, and it contains every question about this that I could not answer by reading. I am aware that this is not how most people arrive here. It is, unfortunately, how I arrive everywhere.
Thirty six, Solihull, submissive as far as I can tell, and I have never done a single thing about it. I manage projects for a living and I have apparently decided to manage this one as well.
What I would like is somebody experienced who is willing to go through the questions with me. Not all four pages in one evening, I know how that sounds. But I would rather be the person who asked twenty boring things in advance than the person who found out the hard way, and I have read enough now to know the second kind is common.
Underneath all the organising, I think what I want is structure and somebody to answer to. I have a job where I am trusted with a great deal and a home life where nobody expects anything of me at all, and the distance between those two is the whole reason I am writing.
Not looking for anyone who wants to skip the talking. Not looking for someone who finds a beginner exciting, which I have already learned to spot in a first message. And please do not tell me to relax and see where things go. I do not work like that, and at thirty six I have stopped apologising for it.
