Retail management. Evenings, weekends, and every holiday anybody else has off. I have not had a free Saturday since I was twenty six and I will not have one before I change careers, which I am not going to.
Thirty three, east side, dominant, eight years. Both of my dynamics were with people whose hours were also wrong, and both of them worked far better than the two attempts I made with people on a normal week, which each ended in the same slow accumulation of missed Fridays.
So this post is aimed at a specific person. Somebody with a weekday off, or freelance, or working nights, or a parent whose window is a school day. If you are free at two on a Tuesday, I am the easiest person on this board to arrange something with. If you are not, I am about the hardest, and I would rather say that plainly.
What I want is ongoing rather than occasional. Structure through the week, tasks, a submissive who reports honestly and does not need me to be reachable at all hours, because I genuinely cannot be reachable when I am on the floor.
I lean towards service and obedience and away from anything elaborate. I am practical, I am on time, and I am boring about consistency. Not looking for anyone who will suggest we make an exception this weekend. Not looking to hear that I should get a better job, which the last person said twice.
