Houston, and my calendar is the hardest part of this

Houston, east side of the county for work, and my schedule is the first thing you need to know, because it is the thing that ends most of my conversations.
I work turnarounds. That means six or seven weeks of nights and long days where I am useful to nobody, then a stretch where I am home and rested and completely free. It is not a normal life and I have stopped pretending otherwise. Forty one. Submissive, and specific about it: I want structure, I want to be given things to do, and I do not want pain to be the centre of it. I am not fragile. I have just worked out that the part I actually need is being useful to somebody who keeps track.
What I am asking for is a person who can look at a calendar and plan around it instead of reading a two day silence as disinterest. When I go quiet in the middle of a job it is because I have been awake for fourteen hours in a hard hat, not because I have changed my mind.
I am not looking for anything that has to happen this week. I am not looking to be somebody's project. I will not be a good fit for anyone who needs daily contact, and I would rather say that now than disappoint you in a month.
Happy to talk for a long while first. Genuinely happy to be told I am not what you want.
