Here for two more years and then gone, so read that first

- Looking for
- something real with a known end date, if that is not a contradiction
- Experience
- Four years, both sides, nothing serious yet.
- Around
- the city centre, Liverpool
My training finishes in two years and after that I go wherever the job is, which will not be here. I am telling you in the first line because I have watched three people find this out at month four and be entirely justified in how they reacted.
Twenty eight, city centre, switch, four years in, working in a lab on a contract with a date printed on it.
The question I cannot answer is whether a thing with an end date can be a real thing. I think it can. I have had two friendships like that and neither of them felt provisional at the time. But I also know that plenty of people are looking for something to build, and a person with a departure already booked is not that.
So this is an honest advert for two good years. Something ongoing, either direction, with somebody who would rather have that than nothing. If it turned into a reason to reconsider, that would be lovely and I am not going to promise it. I am chatty, I am organised, and I am home most evenings.
Not looking to string anybody along, which is why this reads like a disclaimer. Not looking for anything casual either, oddly. Not looking for somebody who will spend two years hoping I change my mind, because that would be a rotten way for both of us to spend them.
