Dispatcher, dominant, and I have heard every version of a bad night

- a submissive who can say plainly when something is wrong
- Experience
- Nine years, three dynamics, all of them calm ones.

- the east side, Los Angeles
I talk to people on the worst day of their life for ten hours at a stretch. The skill is not sympathy, it is getting a frightened person to answer a question accurately. It has made me a specific kind of dominant and it has ruined me for a specific kind of submissive.
Thirty eight, the east side, dominant, nine years in. What I need, more than any preference about activity, is somebody who will tell me the true thing quickly. Not the brave version. Not the version that makes them look good. If something hurts in the wrong way, or you are frightened, or you have changed your mind, say it in four words and we will deal with it.
I am extremely calm. Almost nothing shocks me. I have a low flat voice that colleagues find funny and that apparently works rather well in other contexts.
What I want is a long dynamic with structure in it and a lot of talking. I like knowing how somebody's week actually went. I like being the person whose expectations shape a day.
Do not write to me expecting to be broken down. I spend my working life pulling people back from exactly that and I have no appetite for producing it in my own house. And please do not send a message describing yourself entirely in the third person. It has happened four times this year and I still do not know what to do with it.
