I serve people for a living, please do not ask me to serve you

I spend fifty hours a week being pleasant to people who are drunk, carrying things, and smiling while somebody tells me their order is wrong. So when a post says it is looking for a service submissive, I know it is not for me, and I have learned that saying so early saves everyone a fortnight.
Twenty nine, northern quarter, four years in, front of house in hospitality and reasonably senior at it now.
What I want is authority, not chores. Being told. Being expected to. Rules about how I am, rather than about what I do for someone. The dynamic that worked best for me had almost no tasks in it at all and a great deal of being held to a standard, and I came away from every evening feeling like I had been put back in order.
The practical problem is that I finish at one in the morning and everybody I have ever dated works normal hours. My days off move around by the week. I need somebody who can handle a Monday afternoon and does not treat that as an eccentricity. I also need someone from outside the trade. Half the people I know work in the same handful of streets and I would rather not have this discussed on a smoking break.
Not looking to be anyone's maid. Not looking for something that needs me free on a Friday. Not looking for a person who thinks my hours will become normal eventually, because they will not.
