- Looking for
- company first, and a dynamic if it grows into one
- Experience
- Twenty three years, both sides, and a long pause recently.

- Fort Lauderdale, Miami
I retired at fifty nine, sold the house up north, and moved down here because that is what people do. What nobody tells you is how long a Tuesday is when you have no colleagues, no commute and no reason to be anywhere before noon. I have been here two years and I have structured my week around a swim and a supermarket.
Sixty one, Fort Lauderdale, switch, twenty three years in and about four years dormant.
So the honest thing is that I am short of company generally, and this part of my life is the part I most miss having somebody to share. Up north I had a circle. Here I know my neighbors' dogs.
What I want is somebody to talk to who understands this without a preamble, and then, if it grows, a dynamic with a proper shape. I go both ways and always have, and at this point in my life what I want more of is the following, which I think is about wanting somebody else to be in charge of a decision for once.
I am fit, I drive at night, I cook, and I am told I talk too much, which after two years of quiet is probably fair.
I am not looking for anything strenuous or anybody very young. I would like a peer.
