Fifty seven, and more interested in teaching than in collecting

The thing I have enjoyed most in twenty six years is watching somebody go from nervous and vague to knowing exactly what they want and being unembarrassed about asking for it. I have been part of that four or five times and it has outlasted every other satisfaction this has given me.
Fifty seven, Brooklyn, dominant. What I have to offer, if that is the phrase, is time and attention for somebody newer who wants to understand how this actually works.
I want to be careful about the next part. Mentorship in this world has a poor history, because it is very easy for an experienced person to describe access to themselves as education. So: what I am proposing can be entirely non physical if that suits you better. Conversation, questions answered, honest talk about negotiation and aftercare and how to work out whether somebody is safe. If it becomes a dynamic later because both of us want that, good. If it never does, that is a completely successful outcome and I will not be quietly disappointed by it.
I would rather you were over twenty five, purely because the arrangement works better with some life behind you. I would also rather you were already talking to other people in this, so that nothing I say has the weight of being the only version you have heard.
Not looking for anyone who wants a title in the first week. Not looking to be your only source of information, and I will say so and point you elsewhere. Not looking for someone who wants to skip the boring parts, because the boring parts are the entire subject.
