Rope, both sides of it, and nothing else on the list

Looking for
a practice partner first, and possibly more much later
Experience
Three years tying, two years being tied, no power exchange at all.
Around
Queens, New York

I tie and I get tied, and I have essentially no interest in power exchange. This confuses people who assume the two always travel together, and it has ended two promising conversations at exactly the point where the other person realised I meant it.

Twenty eight, Queens. Three years tying, two on the other end, self taught at first and then not, which is an order of operations I recommend to nobody.

What I want is a practice partner. Someone to work with regularly, who is as interested in getting better as they are in the result. I would like to do the unglamorous parts: the same transition twenty times, the frustrating month where nothing improves, the honest conversation about nerve compression and what your hands felt like the following day.

I am completely fine with this being non sexual and I would slightly prefer it at the start. If it turns into something else because two people got on well, fine, but that is not what I am posting for.

Both sides genuinely. I am better at tying and more interested in being tied, which is an annoying combination to have. Not looking for anyone who wants to skip the technical parts. Not looking for someone who wants photographs of the result more than they want the practice. Not looking for a dominant who regards rope as a delivery mechanism for something else.
