Six days a week at work, so this has to fit into one

I work six days. Not as a temporary sacrifice toward something better, just as the shape of the work I do and will probably do for years. Sunday is the only day I own.
Thirty seven, Brooklyn, switch, five years in. This has been the single limiting factor in every attempt so far. Two dynamics, both good, both of which slowly starved, because one day a week is not much when the other person has five free evenings and gradually starts to feel like an afterthought. Neither of them did anything wrong. It just wore through.
So I would rather find somebody in the same position. If your week is also eaten, if you also have exactly one day, then a Sunday together is not a compromise for either of us. It is the whole week arriving at once. That is an entirely different feeling and I have had it once and would like it again.
I lead more often than not, but I want both, and I am not fussy about the ratio.
Practical: Brooklyn, I can host, and I cannot travel far on the one day I have. Not looking for someone who will be understanding about my schedule for two months and resentful in the third. That is not a criticism of anybody. It is simply what happens, and I would rather build with someone for whom it never comes up.
