Every year this board goes quiet around the fourteenth of July and stays quiet until the first week of September, and every year I think about waiting for September, and this year I am not. I would rather talk to whoever is still here.
Thirty five, Paris, dominant, twelve years. I do not leave in August. My family is not somewhere else, I do not have a house anywhere, and I actually like the city when it empties: half the shops shut, nobody in the streets before noon, the whole place slowed to a walking pace.
The people who are also here in August tend to be a particular set. People who work in hospitals. People whose money does not stretch to a month elsewhere. People with nowhere in particular to go. Foreigners who have not yet learned that the country closes. I have found, over several years, that I get on with all of these categories better than with the ones who are away.
What I want is a long dynamic with a submissive who wants structure more than intensity. Rules that operate daily, service that is real, a great deal of attention paid to whether you did what you said you would do. I lead calmly and I am not interested in anything performed for anybody.
If you are reading this in the third week of August with nothing to do, that is exactly the person this post is addressed to, and I would rather hear from you than from somebody writing to me from a beach.
