Everybody I have done this with was in the city for six months

Four people, six years, and every one of them had a return flight from the beginning. Two were here on contracts, one was studying, one had come for a year and stayed for two and then went anyway. I got very good at the beginning of things and I have essentially no experience of the middle.
Thirty three, south zone, submissive. It is not an accident. People passing through are the easiest people in this city to meet, they are up for anything, and none of it costs them a reputation because they will be gone. I understood all of that and did it anyway, four times.
What I want now is boring and local. Somebody with a job here, a family here, a lease that renews. Somebody I could still be seeing in three years. I would rather have something ordinary that lasts than another six brilliant months.
Structure is what I am after. Rules across the week, being answerable, being expected to do things and asked about them afterwards. I am cheerful and easy to be around and I do not create difficulty.
Not looking for anybody who is here temporarily, however good the conversation is, and I will ask early and take the answer seriously. Not looking to be somebody's experience of the city. Not looking for anything that has an end date built into it before it starts.
