Twenty four, no money, no privacy, and completely honest about both

I share a room with my sister. There are six of us in the flat. I am studying, I work part time, and my entire budget for going anywhere in a month is about two crossings of this city and back.
That is the practical situation and I would rather put it in the first paragraph than have it come out in week three as a series of excuses.
Twenty four, north zone, submissive, one year of knowing this about myself and no experience at all in a room with another person. What I have is a great deal of reading, which I now understand teaches you the words and nothing else.
What I want is somebody experienced and patient who is willing to explain things and does not mind an unreasonable number of questions. I would like it to be slow. I would like to meet somewhere public a few times before anything, and I would like to be able to tell my sister I am meeting a friend without it being a complete lie.
I can be free in the day between classes, which I think is easier for some people than an evening. Not looking for anybody who wants to help with money, and I will stop replying to anybody who offers, because that is not what this is and it never will be. Not looking to be somebody's project. Not looking for a person who finds the situation charming.
