The week everybody warns you about is the only week I manage this

Looking for
somebody who finds the loudest fortnight of the year easier, not harder
Experience
Six years, both directions, and a very strange annual pattern.
Around
the centre, Rio de Janeiro

Half the posts here treat February as a write off. For me it is the opposite and it took years to work out why. When the whole city is disordered and nobody is quite where they said they would be, I stop feeling watched, and it is the only stretch of the year when I can do anything at all without planning it for a fortnight first.

Thirty one, near the centre, switch, six years. Both of the things I have had that lasted more than a couple of months started in that fortnight, and both of them struggled by about May, when the city got its shape back and I got self conscious again.

I am putting this in the post because I have decided the pattern is a thing to work on rather than a thing to hide. What I actually need is somebody who makes me feel unwatched the rest of the year too, and I am aware that is a big thing to ask of a stranger.

What I want is a long switch dynamic, roughly even, with somebody unhurried. Protocol interests me. Being observed does not, in any form, which is presumably related to everything above.

I live alone in a small flat and I can host. Not looking for anybody who wants to attend anything. Not looking for a person who will make the anxious part into a project. Not looking to be pushed, because I go silent when pushed.
