Four of us in the flat, so where does any of this happen

Genuine question, asked without sarcasm. Everybody here writes about what they want to do and almost nobody writes about where. I share a flat with three people in the north zone, two of whom work from home, and I have never once had the place to myself for a whole evening.
Twenty six, switch, three years. Every single thing I have done in this has happened at somebody else's address, which has worked out fine and has also meant that I have never had any say in the setting and have always been the person who has to leave.
What I have noticed is that the people who can host in this city are a small group, and that being one of them makes somebody popular for reasons that have nothing to do with them. That seems worth naming.
What I want is a long, even switch thing with one person. Both directions genuinely, protocol on both sides, and nothing heavy. I am cheerful, I am on time, and I am easy to have around.
If you are also in a full flat, write anyway. There may be an answer neither of us has thought of and I would rather work it out with somebody than keep waiting for a person with an empty apartment. Not looking for anybody who assumes I can host. Not looking for a person who will find this a boring thing to lead with, because it is the thing that decides everything.
