Switches the north zone, Rio de Janeiro

Three attempts across this city, three failures, and I have learned

Looking for
anybody at all within half an hour of me
Experience
Eight years, both directions, three dynamics killed by geography.
Around
the north zone, Rio de Janeiro

Three times I have started something with somebody in a different part of this city and three times it has died in exactly the same way. Not badly. Nobody behaved poorly. It simply became a thing we did once a fortnight instead of twice a week, and then once a month, and then it was over without anybody deciding.

Thirty two, north zone, switch, eight years. I have stopped believing the version of me that says the distance will not matter, because that version has been wrong three times in a row and I have run out of ways to argue with the evidence.

So the requirement is a half hour. That is it. Everything else about me is flexible and I am genuinely easy to get on with.

What I want is an even switch dynamic with one person, running for years. I lead slightly more than I follow and I am equally happy either way. I like protocol, I like a routine, and I have very little interest in anything heavy.

I live with my mother, which means I cannot host, and I have accepted that this makes me a slightly awkward proposition even inside my half hour. Not looking for anybody who wants to convince me the city is smaller than it is. Not looking for a person who is doing this at a distance and thinks it is fine, because it might be fine for them.
