Two jobs, one free day, and it moves every week

I have a daytime job and I have evening work three or four nights a week, and which nights depends on a rota I get on a Thursday for the following week. So I have one free day and I usually find out about it four days in advance.
Twenty nine, Niterói side, switch, five years. My one real dynamic lasted seven months and ended because she wanted a fixed evening and I could not give her one, and she was patient about it for a long time before she was not.
I am not doing this for fun. It is two jobs because one does not cover the rent over here, and it will be two jobs for at least another year. So I am posting for somebody whose own week is loose enough to move. Freelance, retired, shift work, anybody who can hear on a Thursday that the day is Tuesday and not find that impossible.
What I want is something ongoing with rules that run whether or not we meet, because that part does not depend on a rota. Daily things. Reports. Standards. Then whatever day we get is a bonus rather than the whole structure.
Both directions, fairly even, and I have no strong preference, which I am told is unusual. Not looking for anybody who needs a fixed weekly slot. Not looking for a person who will suggest I drop the second job. Not looking for anything that costs money to do.
