Let us be practical about what is physically possible in the heat

Nobody on these boards writes about it and everybody deals with it. Half the things people describe wanting are physically unpleasant to the point of being dangerous in a room that is thirty four degrees at ten at night, and pretending otherwise has ruined two summers for me.
Thirty three, near the centre, dominant, eight years. What I have learned: anything long, anything restrictive, anything involving layers, and anything that goes on for hours is a winter activity here and always will be. Summer is for short, simple, verbal things and a great deal of water.
I would rather design around that openly than have the same disappointing January twice more. So the arrangement I want has two modes and we agree on both in advance, and the summer one is not a lesser version, it is a different thing with its own point.
What I want the rest of the year is a long structured dynamic with real protocol. Rules that hold in both modes. A submissive who is practical and does not treat a limit imposed by physics as a personal failure. I can host, my place is cool enough to matter, and I am near the centre so most of the city can reach me.
Not looking for anybody who wants intensity all year regardless. Not looking for a person who has never thought about this, because you will, in your first February. Not looking for someone who thinks the heat is romantic.
