One. In nine years, in a city of twelve million people, I have met exactly one other person who is seriously in this, and she now lives abroad. I am aware that says more about how I have gone about it than about the city, and that is why I am here.
Forty six, São Paulo, dominant, nine years. My one dynamic ran four years and taught me everything I know, and since it ended I have been essentially alone with it.
The problem, I think, is the sheer size of the thing. Everything is an hour from everything else, nothing in this is visible unless you already know where to look, and I have never been the kind of person who goes looking in a crowd. I have also spent nine years assuming that everybody else was better connected than me, and I suspect a good number of people here are in exactly the same position and making the same assumption.
What I want is a long domestic dynamic. Service, standing rules, correction that is verbal, and daily contact. I am not interested in anything performed and I have never attended anything in my life.
I live alone in a house on the edge of the city, I can host, and my hours are regular.
I am also, frankly, interested in simply knowing that other people here exist. If you are within an hour and you are reading this and thinking the same thing, that in itself would be worth an afternoon.
