- the west, Sydney
Geography decides more about this than role does, which is not what anybody wants to hear on a board organised by role.
Thirty five, the west, switch, eight years in. Every conversation I have had here has followed the same shape: good, interesting, mutual, and then somebody looks at a map and the energy goes out of it. I have watched it happen often enough that I now raise it in the second message, which I am told is off putting and which saves everybody a fortnight.
So this is aimed at people who live out this way, or people who genuinely enjoy a drive. There is a whole city out here. It is not a suburb of somewhere else and there are more people in it than in the parts of Sydney that get talked about.
What I want is one partner, long term, both directions. I lead a little more than I bottom and I would like that to even out, because the half of me that submits has had almost no practice and I am tired of it being theoretical.
Not looking for anybody who will suggest meeting halfway every time as though it were generous rather than obvious. Not looking for anything occasional. Not looking to have the distance conversation in month three, which is exactly why I am having it in paragraph one.
