Nights in a hospital, so my week is the opposite of everybody else's

Looking for
the small number of people who are free on a Tuesday morning
Experience
Seven years, and every conversation so far has died on the calendar.
Around
the west, Sydney

I work nights in a hospital, four on and five off, in a pattern that makes no sense to anybody I explain it to. What it gives me is a lot of weekday mornings and almost no evenings, which is precisely the opposite of what everybody on this board has available.

Thirty four, the west, dominant, seven years in. Every conversation I have had here has run aground on the calendar rather than on anything interesting about either person.

So I am looking for the small number of people whose time works like mine. Shift workers, people who work from home, people studying, people with an unusual week. If you are free on a Tuesday at ten in the morning then we should talk, and if you are not, I do not think enthusiasm is going to fix it.

What I want is something ongoing and quite domestic. Structure that runs constantly and meetings that happen when they can. I have done occasional and I do not enjoy it. What I am actually good at is being consistently present in somebody's week, which does not require either of us to be in the same room.

Not looking for anybody who wants a Friday night. Not looking for anybody who tells me they are flexible and then proposes seven in the evening three times running. Not looking to change jobs, which the last person suggested twice.
