I have a house on the north shore with a room in it that exists for exactly one purpose, and in eleven years I have never once persuaded anybody from the inner west to come to it more than twice.
Forty seven, dominant, nineteen years in. I am not bitter about the harbour. I am factual about it. The people who lasted with me all lived on this side or in the north of the city, and every single one who lived south of the water ran out of enthusiasm for the trip inside two months, whatever they had said at the start.
So this post is aimed north. I would rather have a smaller pool of people who can genuinely get here than a larger one in which the geography quietly does all the deciding for us.
What I run is formal and slow to start. Address, protocol, and an expectation of standards that I do not lower because somebody has had a difficult week. I am not cruel and I do not raise my voice. I am exact, and people either find that a relief or find it unbearable within a month.
I am looking for one submissive, long term, weekly, thirty five or over, and I can host, which is most of the point of this post. Not looking for anybody who will promise to make the trip. Not looking for occasional. Not looking for anybody who needs a great deal of warmth in the first two months, because it is not there yet and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
