I traded a social life for a driveway and I would like somebody honest about it

We moved west for a house and I lost my entire social life in the process. That is the trade, and I am not exactly complaining about it, but I would like somebody to be honest with me about whether they will really drive out here.
Thirty six, the west, dominant, ten years in. Divorced last year. The house is mine, it is quiet, there is a garage and no neighbours who care, and it is roughly an hour from anywhere anybody in this city wants to be.
What I have found since the split is that everybody says distance does not matter until the second time. The second time is when it matters. So I would rather find somebody within about half an hour of me, out in the west, where there are a great many more people than the rest of Sydney appears to believe.
What I want is a submissive for a long term arrangement, weekly, with structure running through the week. I am organised and I keep my word. I have never in ten years cancelled on somebody without a serious reason.
Not looking for anybody in the eastern suburbs, and I say that with genuine goodwill. Not looking for a first meeting in the city, because that is ninety minutes of my evening gone before anybody has said hello. Not looking to be somebody's occasional excursion out west.
